arkadaşlar sitemde kullanıdığım 4 adet form var hepsi aynı sayfada ve form kontrolünü js ile yapıyorum. sorunum ise sayfada 4 adet form olduğu söylemiştim bu formların birinde bi tane button olsun ve hangi radio button tıklandıysa tıklanan radio buttonun action nına gitmesi lazım bunu nasıl yaparım kodlar aşağıda;
